The spacious main floor opens up from the outside veranda into a combined 835 square feet of Great Room, dining room, and kitchen providing great open spaces with a warm, comfortable feel. The large family area provided by the Great Room is stylishly open with beautiful, large windows, a fireplace, and an adjacent full bath. Just beyond lies the kitchen, which includes plenty of counter space and an island for entertaining and cooking. The master bathroom is elegantly designed with his and her vanities, an elegant stand-alone tub, and our large trademark two-person shower. Located next to the master bedroom is the laundry room offering efficient accessibility. The second and third bedroom on the main floor provides a generous 150 square feet of living space with a large walk-in closet.

The covered patio along the back of the house provides a perfect place for outdoor entertainment. The basement will has a full bath rough-in making it easy to finish down the road.
